La Galoche is a charming little cuvée composed of Gamay from vineyards in Les Pierres dorées. The wine was named after a little stream that runs by the property in Saint Cyr and was meant to capture the spirit of Beaujolais as a region. La Galoche is vinified using cold carbonic fermentation and raised for 6 months in concrete tanks resulting in a juicy & joyful everyday drinker.
