Melanthia means, “black flower,” and is the perfect name for this sparkling rosé done in the ancestral fashion composed exclusively of Black Muscat of Tyrnavos. This variety grows within the PGI of Tyrnavos, and is extremely rare. A strikingly aromatic sparkler, with spicy qualities intermingled with a heady floral throughline.
