Who said Zinfandel has to be heavy and jammy? This light, structured and acid driven Zinfandel was sourced from grapes from the Stampede and Cherry House vineyards. The wine was fermented whole cluster in open-top fermenters and lightly tread on to juice the top portion of the fruit. After, the wine was raised in neutral 500 liter puncheons and bottled 10 months later without fining and filtering.
