Inspired by Italian aperitivi, where heat and bitterness coexist. Its citrus scent does not come from southern oranges, but exclusively from northern fruits. The blend of sea buckthorn, haskap, barberry and absinthe macerated in our neutral grain alcohol offers an adaptation faithful to our convictions. A Charlevoix aperitif balanced in its acidity and sweetness served on ice, as a spritz, as a negroni or in other cocktails.
