This wine was barrel fermented to dryness before being bottled. A second fermentation occurred in the bottle, followed by an additional 2 years of aging, producing a dry, sparkling wine. Bottles were not disgorged.
Rose petal, cherry and flint, gentle mousse, dry with barrel notes and light tannin.
