We first discovered Montcrochet last year at Herve Villemade’s table at Penitentes, and kept returning to taste this stunning wine. It was one of those, “gotta have it moments.” This wine just tastes like something special - a blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Sauvignon Rosé, Chardonnay and Menu Pineau. When we blinded it, we thought it was some hypebeast Jura Savagnin or a dry AF Chenin.
