Savage Loire Chenin at its best.
Les Bonnes Blanches Chenin Blanc is composed of 100% Chenin Blanc from within the Anjou region and was declassified as a Vin de France intentionally. Sourced from vines that thrive in one of the top terroirs of the area, the Mosse family harvested these grapes early prior to fermenting and aging them in old Burgundian barrels. Lively and sharp, with minerality that cuts like glass.
- Agnès, René, Sylvestre and Joseph Mosse like to keep the business in the family and have been working their 17 hectares of vines Organically and Biodynamically.
- The property is within the village of St-Lambert-du-Lattay within the Anjou.
- Before becoming vigneronnes, the Mosse family owned a retail shop and wine bar within Tours.
- They credit Jo Pithon and François Chidaine for inspiring them to become vignerons.
- Loves a long decant, or patient rest in your cellar.
