Ariane Lesné is a master of crafting wines with Pineau d’Aunis. Half of the grapes were destemmed this year, and Ariane says the fermentation was so quick she didn't need to do any punchdowns or pumpovers. Aged in tank for one year. There's a floral and spicy quality with purple fruit and chalky white pepper tannins.
