A blend of Corvina and Rondinella.
The grapes come exclusively from vineyards grown using biodynamic agriculture. It is refined in cement tanks for six months where malolactic fermentation occurs spontaneously, then it is bottled without filtration.
Red color with light purple reflections. The nose is intense, blackberry and raspberry with light notes of violet and balsamic herbs. The taste is direct, mineral and savory, a tasting that immediately encourages you to continue.
Everyday wine, easy to drink. Ideal during a short break with bread and salami, pasta or risotto first courses; if served slightly colder, excellent with grilled white fish. Serving temperature 10-12°C.
